Douglas Arthur Lott

January 5, 1959 - June 6, 2022

Douglas Lott passed away the morning of June 6, 2022 at the age of 63 after a courageous battle with brain cancer. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother and friend. We all miss him terribly. Doug was born to John and Valerie Lott in Los Angeles, California. He spent most of his childhood in northern California, in the town of Fall River Mills. After graduating high school from Portland Adventist Academy, he attended Walla Walla College. It was there he met his wife, Priscilla. They married in 1980. He earned his DDS from Loma Linda University in 1989 and practiced in Sacramento for 30 years. His three children, Jacqueline, Jefferson and Alexander, were born in Sacramento. Doug was loving, kind and generous. He always put others first, and was always ready to lend a helping hand. He was a man of integrity with a strong work ethic and a constant strive for excellence. Gregarious and fun-loving, Doug made the world a better place. He loved all things beautiful. He loved music, he loved the outdoors and he enjoyed gardening. He was an audiophile and a photographer. He enjoyed coffee, wine and chocolate. Doug is preceded in death by his father, John. He is survived by his wife, Priscilla; his children, Jacqueline, Jefferson and Alexander; his mother, Valerie Perkins and his siblings Daniel Lott, Jody Mundy and David Lott.
