Jonathon Charles Keck Obituary (1972 - 2019)

Jonathon Charles Keck, born January 5th, 1972 in Placerville CA, passed from this life at home in Cameron Park, CA on February 10th, 2019. Jon was a loving husband of Carla Keck; father of Casey, Braden, and Jaelyn and his first born, Jack; son of Chuck and Pat Keck and Tom and Judy Hamner; brother of Michael and Michelle Keck, Mark Keck, Matthew and Brandi Keck-Hustrulid, and Amanda Keck and Mike Collins; and uncle, cousin nephew, grandson, and friend of countless others. Jon, a superintendent for Kaiser Permanente's CPFC division was known for his tenacity and hard work ethic. These qualities were established in his early professional career, where his strong reputable character advanced him with ease. Along with Jon's passion for work, he balanced life with hobbies he enjoyed, both with siblings and friends and times of solitude. Hunting, fishing, hiking, motorcycles, old cars, and yes beer, were his favorite past times. Though thought by many that Jon would never get married, he met the love of his life, Carla, at age 44. Jon received not only a new bride, but 3 beautiful children in which he adored. Jon enjoyed many adventures with Carla in their short time together, and the family brought meaning and wholeness to his life. Though his time was short with us here on earth, Jon's contagious smile powered by his faith and optimism, will forever remain in our hearts. A service will be held at Green Valley Mortuary and Cemetery 3004 Alexandrite Drive- Rescue, CA 95672, Friday February 15th, 2019 at 10am.
