Lorraine was the second child born to Clifford and Lynnette Drake on January 7, 1958 in the city of Santa Monica, CA. Along with her three brothers and her family, she grew up in Cupertino where she attended Cupertino High School. She married her beloved Paul in Palo Alto on her twentieth birthday in 1978. The Witthar family started in Hayward where daughters Joy and Jessica were born. They spent time in New Jersey when Paul was managing restaurants, moved back to Cupertino in the early 80's, and in 1992 moved to Cameron Park. Lorraine worked with husband Paul at the family restaurants and was an avid crafter all year long. She looked forward to her annual craft fair circuit where she had many loyal customers. Her grandsons, Joshua and James were the light of her life. A day did not go by without her talking to, loving on, and spending time with her 'houligans.' Lorraine was also a devoted daughter selflessly caring for her mother for years. She is survived by husband Paul, daughters Joy & Jessica, grandsons Joshua and James, her parents and her three brothers. We invite all of you to wear an Aloha shirt to the service in honor of Lorraine. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Snowline Hospice or The American Cancer Society.
