Wallace Noland Adams

Wallace “Noland” Adams, age 84, passed away at home on his birthday, Jan. 18, 2017. He was born in 1933 in French Camp, Calif., to Lester and Eula Maye (Blackerby) Adams. He was a Korean war veteran. Noland loved his wife, Mary, almost as much as his Corvettes. He was a renowned Corvette expert, historian and author. He was inducted into the Corvette Hall of Fame in 2003. He was also known for his great sense of humor. Noland was loved by everyone and adored by his family. He is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Kimberly Adams, Martin Adams, Elaine Knecht, John (Debbie) Phillips and Lorraine (Kelly) Gastaldi; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren (with more to come). He was preceded in death by his brother, Lloyd “Lane” Adams. Services will be held on Friday, Jan. 27 at LDS Church, 1275 Green Valley Road in El Dorado Hills, Calif.
