Linda Candilas

Linda Ruth Candilas,age 78 passed away peacefully with her family at her side Sat Jan 24,2026. Linda is survived by her husband Ken of 36 yrs and her children Debi Cox, Kathy Jordan and Tim Milke 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Her sister Kathy Koffroth and many nephews and nieces.Preceeded by her father and mother Russell and Ozella Wilson, brothers Larry, Russell, and Henry Wilson.
Linda was a devoted mother and wife who had a love for the outdoors. Winter would find her on the slopes at Heavenly Resort doing the diamond runs in Mott Canyon while summer was for backpacking and camping. Linda has climbed the cables of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park 3 times. Linda was active with her Zumba dance family which made for fun times on the dance floor.
Linda could be found with her camera round her neck everywhere she went. The national parks were her favorite photo subject. From the San Juan Islands, the Redwood Forrest, Bryce and Zion National Parks and her home away from home Yosemite National Park.
Linda will be missed by all of us she left behind and heaven now has an angel with the most contagious smile that God ever made.
