In 1982 she married her soul mate, John J. Klos of Rescue and increased their shared grown children with John Robert Klos and James Marshall Klos. Ruth and John celebrated their 30th anniversary in June 2012. Ruth was a legendary softball player wowing opposing teams with her pitching abilities when she was well into her 50's. Ruth and John enjoyed RV traveling and visiting family in Washington and Idaho. Ruth was a very active 50+ year Member of the Order of Eastern Star, having served as Worthy Matron twice. She was also a member of Menzalia Temple Daughters of the Nile. Ruth joined John in Heaven just 3 1/2 months after his passing and they were both preceded in death by James M. Klos.
